What happened to all the days, hours, minutes and seconds between now and the beginning of the year?

I think losing some of my normal habits is starting to tell.  I haven’t been to the gym this week, Karate yesterday was off because no hall was available and I missed my class on Saturday due to the karate tournament.

Old age is a buggar and a half!
